Is Kangen Water good, or is it a scam?

Kangen Water, marketed as alkaline water produced by Enagic's ionizing machines, has been a subject of debate. Proponents claim it offers health benefits such as neutralizing acidity in the body, improving hydration, and acting as an antioxidant. However, these claims lack strong scientific backing from the broader medical community. While drinking alkaline water is generally considered safe, it's important to note that the body maintains its pH balance very effectively on its own. The high cost of Kangen machines and the business model, often described as multi-level marketing (MLM), add to skepticism. Ultimately, calling it a scam might be too harsh, but it's wise to be cautious and seek reliable, evidence-based advice on health and wellness investments.
